Description

Now that the HACKING.rst file has been moved into the documentation, it should be reviewed for URLs that point to other parts of the documentation by URL instead of using references. These should be replaced.

Hi Sedrick, HACKING.rst used to exist outside of the documentation, and was referred to by URL. Now, it has been moved into the Documentation and should be linked to by reference, not URL. See this commit: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/5760cff6e3ad7a7e92e34188c8b6c47beb4f5270 for more context.

Hi Urvi, Ernesto may have to add you to the Ceph devels group for you to be assigned to the issue. While that is in progress, go ahead and start working on the issue.
