slow request:waiting for rw locks

Description

I tried to observe the osd(on ssd) latency use command:
ceph daemonperf osd.1
output like the picture 2020-7-10 16-42-54,the latency is very small.
but sometimes the latency is very big like picture 2020-7-10 16-40-46.
and the ceph.log has many slow request log like picture 2020-7-10 16-46-05.

how can i locate this bug.
