mgr/dashboard: When loading Block Mirroring page it should only do 1 request

Description
Currently we are doing multiple requests for the same data each time we open the page.
This is due to having multiple tables.
- Status changed from In Progress to Fix Under Review
- Pull request ID set to 34905
- Status changed from Fix Under Review to Pending Backport
- Copied to Backport #45470: octopus: mgr/dashboard: When loading Block Mirroring page it should only do 1 request added
- Status changed from Pending Backport to Resolved
While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
