Description

During the initial setup of a multi-site environment it'll come in handy the possibility to choose if a zone will start syncing the buckets or not.

It'll be a nice feature in cases like we have a single-site with thousands of buckets that we want to transform in multi-site, but we still don't know which buckets we will sync.
