rgw: listing objects in a namespace can be more efficient

Description

If an object is in a namespace (e.g., multipart upload) then when listing these objects we only need to traverse the objects that are starting with that namespace.

The symptom of this issue is that listing multipart uploads in a bucket can time out if bucket has enough objects in it.
