Description

Currently, pre-defined roles ({block,cephfs,rgw,...}-manager) don't display Grafana dashboards. It makes sense to enable them by default. Per-component permissions would also allow only to access Grafana dashboards for that specific component (nevertheless, Grafana dashboards can be easily accessed by anyone).
