mgr/dashboard: "Objects" chart size does not go back to normal after resizing the browser window

Description

Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to the dashboard landing page
- Resize from a maximized browser window to a smaller size of the window (e.g. half the size)
- The chart should already look different
- Go back to maximized window

Also see attached screenshots. The behavior is reproducible in Firefox and Chrome.
