Description

current "rgw ops log socket path" opens the sock in SOCK_STREAM, but eg. rsyslog imuxsock module expects SOCK_DGRAM, so a option for configuring the socket mode is needed.

common OutputDataSocket::bind_and_listen only supports STREAM
