Description
Each time iSCSI targets table is refreshed the following line will be written to the log file:
`2019-04-26 10:00:12.176 7f3dc04ad700 20 mgr[dashboard] iSCSI: Getting targetinfo: iqn.2001-07.com.ceph:1556272706112`
Only POST, PUT and DELETE requests should be logged by the `ceph-iscsi` REST client.
