crush-map.rst: chooseleaf doesn't include 'firstn|indep', and 'aggregates' isn't perhaps clear

Description

1) I think chooseleaf should also include [firstn|indep] like choose does.

2) I'm not certain I understand just what "step chooseleaf firstn 0 type <type>" means, but I think
it means "choose <pool-size> of type <type>', and then from each choose a leaf (device)". The
phrase "aggregated by" doesn't do as much to explain that as one might like.
