Description

It should be possible to create, edit and delete iSCSI targets in the Dashboard, similar to how openATTIC supported this.

As a first step, the expectation is that the iSCSI target node has already been deployed and is up and running. The actual creation and management of targets should be performed via the RBD target REST API provided by the Ceph iSCSI CLI project
