allow dns names for monitor switch

Description
if the -m switch is set to a dns name cfuse fails:
- cfuse -m node001:6879 /mnt
unable to parse addrs in 'node001:6879'
unable to find any monitors in conf
and maybe set the port to the default if it's not provided.

the port part of htis is fixed by commit:b72c1bb6e9b77e1ab6c21bfd761f7fe3cc493647
