mds: propagate rstats from the leaf dirs up to the specified diretory

Description

To make rsync "rstats" aware, we need to implement a way to propagate all rstats up through the subtree that is to be "rsynced", so that the rsync won't miss those files that are modified while their ctime hasn't climb up the subtree.
