Description

operations like PutACL that only modify object metadata do not generate a LINK_OLH entry in the bucket index log. when processed by multisite sync, these operations are skipped with the message "versioned object will be synced on link_olh". because of sync squashing, this causes the original LINK_OLH operation to be skipped as well, preventing the object version from syncing at all
