Description

Currently, the Ceph mgr dashboard uses an internal database for storing the user's login credentials. Once multiple user accounts are supported, it should also be possible to use external authentication systems, so users do not have to maintain multiple user account databases in their environment. To facilitate that, the dashboard needs to support SSO based on established federation protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
