after f4b74125e44fe78154fb377fa06fc08b3325859d, we have no way to print out the slow ops of OSDs. only a summary is offered by "ceph health", like
osds 1,2,3,5,8 have slow ops.
we should add a command to OSD. grep "dump_pg_recovery_stats" and "visit_ops_in_flight" for more clues.
