librbd: allow resizing to arbitrary sizes

Description
Right now resizing to a non-object-size multiple will round down the remainder. With discard support, we support this easily by discarding partial objects if necessary. This can be tested with fsx.
- Target version set to v0.47
- Translation missing: en.field_position set to 1
- Translation missing: en.field_position changed from 1 to 1201
- Status changed from New to 12
more importantly, we need to either error out with EINVAL if it's not a block multiple, or do it... currently we silently misbehave.
