Ceph

There are some hard-coded URLs in:

• src/mon/OSDMonitor.cc
• src/sample.ceph.conf

e.g.,
3042: ss << "; see http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/crush-map/#tunables";

Those URLs are very slightly different.
It would be better to fix this kind of trivial things as much as we could.
