Description

python-rados timeout value not respected in connect. Even if the value is set in seconds like 60/120 it does not respect it and timeout only based on default value in the library which seems to be 5 minutes.

Authenticating to the monitors is controlled by the client_mount_timeout value. I assume this bug is referring to that?
