Currently when someone tries to create a second filesystem, the message is:

1573       ss << "Creation of multiple filesystems is disabled.  To enable "         
1574             "this experimental feature, use 'ceph fs flag set enable_multiple " 
1575             "true'";

...and the command to proceed is:

ceph fs flag set enable_multiple true
