Since commit 2f706ef, failed to operate bucket using s3 api

[root@ceph1 obs]# s3cmd ls
ERROR: S3 error: 400 (InvalidBucketName)
[root@ceph1 obs]# s3cmd mb s3://test
ERROR: S3 error: 400 (InvalidBucketName)
[root@ceph1 obs]#
