ceph_objectstore_tool should support --dry-run option

Description
This is do as much processing as it can without modifying the objectstore or writing out export data. For query operations this option won't have any affect.

- Status changed from Fix Under Review to Resolved
--dry-run will skip journal replay. So a query could return a different result with and then without that option specified.
