Description

The current LRC recovery strategy does not take advantage of all possibilities and may fail to discover a scenario that allows to recover from a combination of OSD failures. Replace it with a logic that a) create an inventory of all possible recovery scenarii, b) explore them systematically. This has been discussed during the G/H Ceph Design Summit
