Description

a watchdog that periodically (every few seconds) runs a few operations (upload, download, list buckets, list content of a bucket, delete) and verifies that everything works as expected and within a (configurable) reasonable amount of time.

Some thoughts:
1. We probably want to support a get_cluster_status operation that gives information about the cluster that backs the rgw instance. We could also use radosgw_admin for this purpose, but it requires more setup.

2. We probably should require authentication before giving out this information.

3. We can use an invalid bucket name like mg for this interface (invalid because it's only 2 characters.)
