Change TGT Plugin to allow setting client name for authentication

One can set clientname now with CEPH_ARGS, but with bsopts it will become easier (done at tgtadm
time) and per-target (so multiple users can have separate perms for multiple images, administered
at Ceph as usual and selected by client name).
