Description

currently, we do not have apache-fastcgi packages built for fedora 19 and debian wheezy. So, the nightlies are failing, when trying to run s3tests on these distros.

we are blocked to test rados gateway on these distros.

Also, on rhel, the httpd packages seem to be missing, it has to be fixed as well.
