add some suite tests which use both kclient and uclient

Description
I think this should work with the existing tasks, but we have no tests which mix kernel and userspace clients. We should add some as it will let us shake out issues with mixed clients (the kernel often lags userspace in decoding new formats).

Added mixed-clients suite that exercises parallel workloads from
kernel client and user space client.

tested locally using teuthology and it works fine.
