In particular:
1) Indicate to users when and why they may have multiple data pools.
2) How to check if a file system has multiple data pools.
3) What is the "default" data pool and how does that fit into cephfs-data-scan
4) Does it ever make sense to only scan one of several data pools?
Many of these items should be discussed before any commands are listed.
