Description
disabling of mon-managed snaps for fs pools has been taken care of for 'rados mksnap' path
unfortunately, the 'ceph osd pool mksnap' path is different than the 'rados mksnap' path
bugfix is needed for the 'ceph osd pool mksnap' path
