Description

ceph-deploy doesn't have a changelog where a list of changes can be seen for each release. Since the release cycle for ceph-deploy is going to get faster, it is very important that users are aware of the fixes and changes included in each release.

The lack of a `--version` flag makes it also problematic when attempting to help users as we cannot tell what version they are using so that we can tell if a particular issue has already been resolved.
