Description

Ceph Dashboard currently supports setting quotas on the user-level only.

Additionally, it should be possible to specify quotas on the bucket level, too (both for the maximum number of objects and total size).
The definition of quotas should be part of the "Create Bucket" dialogue as well as the "Edit Bucket" form.

Displaying these quotas is currently being implemented in #45011.
