Description

To make it easier for Ceph administrators to identify hard disks belonging to a given OSD, the dashboard should provide a way to make the enclosure LED blink.

This feature depends on the Ceph orchestrator. The underlying groundwork is tracked in #39091 (the corresponding PR#26768 is currently under review)
