mgr/dashboard: "client recovery" in landing page should be just "recovery"

Description

In the landing page, the info-card called "client recovery" should be renamed as just "recovery", as in Ceph there's no such a thing (all data recovery happens at server-side).

The confusion might come from the fact that the adjacent stats are title 'Client ~" and also obtained from pool stats.

The proposal is the drop the "Client" part of that title.
