Description

When building with:

CEPH_EXTRA_CMAKE_ARGS=-DALLOCATOR=tcmalloc -DWITH_PYTHON2=OFF -DWITH_PYTHON3=ON -DMGR_PYTHON_VERSION=3

RPM build errors:
