Description

Add a mapping between a query id to a collection of performance counters. For the initial version, don't worry about trying to optimize the schema packing and instead encode performance metric key name (e.g. client reads/s, client writes/s, client read bytes, client write bytes, client w latency, client r latency) to a collection of query key (i.e. client.XYZ) to perf metric value.
