Description
When I try to kill a run, or even a single job, using the teuthology-kill command it asks me for the sudo password.
rdias@teuthology:~$ teuthology-kill -m smithi -r rdias-2018-09-12_19:55:42-rados:thrash-wip-rdias-testing-distro-basic-smithi 2018-09-13 07:11:19,987.987 INFO:teuthology.kill:Assembling run information... 2018-09-13 07:11:23,648.648 INFO:teuthology.kill:Checking Beanstalk Queue... 2018-09-13 07:14:06,413.413 INFO:teuthology.kill:Killing Pids: set([4003, 24134, 23368, 9265, 32722, 10467, 5337, 27482, 4603, 20926, 32703]) [sudo] password for rdias:
Also when I try to ssh to one of the machines that is running a job, it also asks me for a password.

This problem is now solved.

The teuthology-kill command requires sudo access to run `kill` on the teuthology box. We try to keep that access limited to as few people as possible due to mishaps in the past.
I killed that run for you. In the future, you can ask Nathan, myself, Yuri, or any of the core devs to kill runs for you.

Let's give Ricardo sudo access (or whatever is needed to do kills). Thanks!
