Hi,

For this version, rbd cp assumes that destination pool is the same as
source, not 'rbd', if pool in the destination path is omitted.

rbd cp install/img testimg
rbd ls install
img testimg

Is this change permanent?

Actually I think this has been the behavior since copy was added in
e0229b0a1f9f46a6f6140873c17420d9bd85c87c

But on reflection, this makes no sense, and we should fix it; default destination pool should be "rbd" on Principle of Least Surprise.
