Description

Namespaces need to be defined by the storage administrator prior to use. Create new librbd APIs and rbd CLI actions to create/delete/list namespaces.

In addition to create, list and remove, it would also be nice to be able to rename an existing namespace. I added #42618 to keep track of this.
