libcephfs does not handle session stale message properly
steps to reproduce:
1. create two ceph-fuse mounts, mount_a and mount_b
2. make an empty directoty
3. ls the empty directory from both mounts
4. use gdb to attach ceph-fuse process of mount_b. (don't continue its execution)
5. wait until mount_b's session become stale
5. touch a file in the directory from mount_a.
6. continue execution of mount_b's ceph-fuse process
7. ls the directory from mount_b. (the newly created file does not show)
