Description

Is there a script in qa/ already to do this? If not, let's add one.

It's not perfect, but the runoncfuse.sh script is in the repository and now runs cfuse in the background, then kills it once tests complete (but if they break or you control-c you need to do it yourself).
Further refinements should wait until the logging and daemonizing issues are dealt with.
