Description

Previously i have used vars to setup the quick_lvs but this seems to be not working, you can check the extra-vars has the
value set.

Did you intend to use OVH as the machine type?

Did you specify number of volumes? http://docs.ceph.com/teuthology/docs/openstack_backend.html#defining-instances-flavor-and-volumes
