Description
If I evict the client session that a ganesha instance was using, then the libcephfs instance will start to see session refusals from MDSs (once we implement MDS blacklisting), and EBLACKLIST errors from OSDs.
I'm not sure exactly how that bubbles up to an application using libcephfs right now, but we should:
A) make sure it happens somewhat cleanly
B) make the ganesha FSAL respawn the NFS daemon when this happens.
