Description

If set container acl of http referer in swift api, there is no info about http referer shown, which maybe not friendly to user.
And it is not consistent with openstack swift.

This fix depends on the swift http reference feature, which has not been backported to jewel. Marking the jewel backport "Need More Info" for now, but maybe it should be "Rejected".
