Description

If the rbd-mirror daemon is shut down or if an image is deleted/mirroring is disabled while events are being actively replayed, it's possible for the image replayer state machine to hang in the STOPPING state. This occurs when the journal event replayer has been shut down but a new event is injected into the journal event replayer after shut down.
