krbd: freeze filesystem on snapshot

Description

The block device can ask for an fs freeze (dm currently does this). We can do this with rbd when we see that the rbd header updates and a snapshot has been taken. i.e.,

- we get the notifaction
- we reread the header
- we see a new snapshot is there
- we ask the fs to freeze
- we switch to the new snap context
- we ack the notify
