Description

Support an optional map argument to disable automatic exclusive lock transition upon lock request. librbd offers this via the API (and will be extended to the CLI and rbd-nbd) to support use-cases where a high-level orchestration tool wants to control which node is the owner of the lock (e.g. kubernetes HA krbd-backed RBD volumes currently use advisory locking and require admin-intervention to blacklist/break the lock upon failure).
