statistics scraping script needs to include yaml fragments

Description
There's a lovely script that can dump the jobs run and their timings into json. It needs to include each of the yaml fragments that make up each job as well.
That is, the part that looks like
fs/basic/{clusters/fixed-2-ucephfs.yaml debug/mds_client.yaml dirfrag/frag_enable.yaml fs/btrfs.yaml inline/no.yaml overrides/whitelist_wrongly_marked_down.yaml tasks/cfuse_workunit_misc_test_o_trunc.yaml}
