qemu-kvm: allow user to specify client id

Description
specify id=foo (for client.foo) in conf string so you aren't stuck with client.admin.
already pushed a patch to do this to ceph.newdream.net:/git/qemu-kvm.git. review and send upstream.

I gave it a try and works fine btw.
