Description

Got two of them on a 4-mds run of ffsstress:

mds/MDCache.cc: 1188: FAILED assert(bounds == subtrees[dir])

mds/MDCache.cc: 707: FAILED assert(subtrees.count(root))

yay, the active mds's now pass 

fsstress -d foo -l 1 -n 1000 -p 10 -v

with a 4x cluster and 'mds thrash exports = 1', e.g.

CEPH_NUM_MDS=4 ./vstart.sh  -d -n -x -s -o 'mds thrash exports = 1'

the standby nodes still fail due to #1295
