Saw this error in syslog from an unrelated test. Presumably this is a bug somewhere?

tgt_1.0.38-48.bf6981.precise.ceph_amd64.deb from ceph-extras depends on rbd_discard, which is not available in stock Ubuntu Precise. The test case was attempting to install Ceph 0.88.x, but tgt was installed and started first.

- Project changed from rbd to devops
tgt_1.0.38-48.*.ceph_amd64.deb packages need a dependency on librbd1 >= v0.46 since that is when the rbd_discard method was added.
